The extension previously used the first root folder in your workspace to configure and run both phpcs and phpcbf. This extension now fully supports Multi-Root Workspaces. This extension implements support for the modified mode by using phpcbf with the Git Modified filter that is provided by phpcbf. Format on save has two modes: File and Modified.
